Zhengmai Production Informations :
1. Material : Korea Pohang Stainless Steel SUS304 with sanitary grade . We make the factory incoming inspection with the testing medicinal liquid ;
2. Welding : We use the Arc Argon Protection welding ;
We also use the automatic welding with double side with European sanitary grade ;
3. The internal tank polishing up to 0.4 UM , we use the roughness measuring instrument to test ;
4. We use the tri-clamp connection for all the connections for valve ;
5. With 48 hours pressure testing and water testing ,electrian parts testing before shippment;
6. We use the dimple jacket for the steam heating of mashing tank and the glycol cooling for the fermentation tank .
