The fermenting system is usually made up with 6--12 fermenting tanks , rang from 200L-- 2000HL with various design ,which are also customized according to the customer's requirements .And also we can offer the beer bright tank for the beer maturing , can be straight or horizontal standing .

The main features for the fermentation and bright beer tanks:
1. Material : stainless steel Korea Pohang Brand;
2. Finish : Mirror , 2B , brushed SUS304, red copper outter jacket;
3. Welding : Arc Argon protection welding device;
4. double jacketeted tank with cooling jacket & insullation , can be singal or double domed dish head;
5. Internal tank polishing up to 0.4Um , also the welding joint polishing up to 0.4Um ;
6. 48 hours 0.3Mpa pressure testing and water leakage testing for the tank body & cone and cooling jacket;
7. Insulation : Polyurethane foam with good heat preservation function;
8. Certification : CE , ISO9001 and PED ( Pressure Equipment Device);
